These Terms of Service govern your use of the TD Performance Therapy website, platform, and services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or confirming an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

We provide sports massage, therapeutic massage, and other treatments or performance services listed in the live booking platform. Available treatments, duration, location options, therapists, and prices may change over time.

The platform may also provide:

• Online booking and appointment management.
• Secure account and profile functionality.
• Questionnaires, consent records, treatment information, and appointment history.
• Appointment communications and, where enabled, payment functionality.

3. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current information and be legally able to agree to these Terms. Clients under 18 may need consent from a parent or guardian before treatment. Additional age restrictions may be communicated for a specific service.

• Keep your sign-in credentials private and use reasonable steps to protect your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• Keep your contact and relevant health information up to date.
• Do not impersonate another person or create an account using false details.

4. Health information and medical limitations

Our services are complementary and are not a substitute for diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment from a qualified medical professional. Seek appropriate medical advice for serious, unexplained, worsening, or urgent symptoms.

You must disclose information that may affect the safety or suitability of treatment, including relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures, and changes in symptoms. A therapist may adapt, postpone, or decline treatment where appropriate.

5. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when the platform displays confirmation or when we confirm it directly. You are responsible for checking the treatment, date, time, location, therapist preference, contact details, and price before confirming.

Where payment is required, the amount, timing, and available method will be shown during booking or agreed with you. You authorise any payment processor used by the platform to process the transaction information required for that purpose.

6. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

Appointment changes are governed by the current Booking Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Any refund decision will follow the Booking Policy, information shown at checkout, and rights that apply under UK law.

7. Data protection and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how TD Body Services LTD collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data, including health information that may be treated as special category data under UK GDPR.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for ensuring that you have authority to provide any personal data about another person, such as an emergency contact.

8. Professional standards and client conduct

Treatment is professional and therapeutic. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. We expect respectful, lawful, and safe behaviour toward therapists, staff, and other clients.

We may stop a treatment, refuse service, or restrict access to the platform where behaviour is abusive, discriminatory, sexual, threatening, fraudulent, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Liability

We do not promise a particular medical, recovery, performance, or wellbeing outcome. Results and responses to treatment vary between individuals. You remain responsible for following appropriate medical advice and communicating relevant changes in your health.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by inaccurate or withheld information, or service interruption outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, branding, written content, graphics, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to TD Body Services LTD. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial access to our services. You must not copy, resell, republish, or create derivative commercial materials without permission.

11. Acceptable platform use

You must not:

• Attempt to bypass authentication, access another user's information, or probe platform security.
• Upload malicious code, automate abusive traffic, or disrupt availability.
• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harassing activity.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or reproduce protected parts of the platform except where law expressly permits it.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform or ask us to close your account, subject to records we must retain. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, serious breach of these Terms, or protection of clients and staff.

Provisions intended to continue after termination, including privacy, payment obligations, intellectual property, liability, and governing law, remain effective.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable UK consumer and civil procedure rules may hear disputes. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly without limiting any right to seek independent advice or use an available dispute process.
