TD Performance Therapy began with a straightforward aim: create a place where treatment feels personal, focused, and relevant to the way each client moves, trains, works, and recovers.
Tiago works with people across different levels of activity, from competitive athletes and sports teams to clients managing the accumulated tension of work and daily life. Sessions are shaped around what you need on the day rather than a one-size-fits-all routine.
The practice is based at Unit 4, Aptec Enterprise Park, Darlington Road, West Auckland, DL14 9PD, serving Bishop Auckland, County Durham, and nearby communities.
