Appointments may be arranged through our online booking platform, by phone, or through our official social channels. Every booking is subject to current availability and any confirmation shown or sent by TD Performance Therapy.

2. Services, locations, and pricing
The services offered by TD Performance Therapy are managed through the booking platform and can change over time. The live booking flow shows the treatment name, duration, available location options, and current price before you confirm.
Clinic appointments take place at Unit 4, Aptec Enterprise Park, Darlington Road, West Auckland, County Durham, DL14 9PD. Where a mobile or home option is available, the applicable service area, address requirements, and any surcharge will be shown during booking or confirmed directly.
3. Payment policy
The amount due and the payment timing for your appointment will be shown during the booking process or confirmed directly with you. Payment methods can vary by service and location. You are responsible for checking the total before confirming the appointment.
If a payment has been collected online, any refund or adjustment will be handled in line with this policy, the information shown at checkout, and your statutory rights.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Rescheduling
You may ask to reschedule without an additional rescheduling fee. A new appointment remains subject to availability, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Cancellations
Under the current booking policy, cancelled appointments are non-refundable and clients are encouraged to reschedule instead. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

5. Health and safety
Before and during treatment, you must provide accurate information that is relevant to the safe delivery of the service, including:
- Current injuries, medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent procedures.
- Any change in symptoms or health since your booking or previous appointment.
- Whether you feel unwell or have been advised to avoid massage or physical treatment.
We may adapt, postpone, or decline a treatment where information available to the therapist indicates that proceeding may be unsuitable or unsafe. Massage and performance therapy are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or treatment.
6. Professional boundaries
- All treatments are therapeutic and professional in nature.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any point during a session.
- Appropriate draping and communication will be used to support dignity and privacy.
- Inappropriate or unsafe behaviour may result in the session ending immediately.
7. Liability and insurance
TD Performance Therapy maintains professional indemnity and public liability cover for its services. Clients must disclose relevant health information and raise any concern or unexpected reaction promptly so the situation can be assessed.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Data protection
Personal and health information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Information relevant to treatment, booking administration, communication, and legal or professional record-keeping may be retained as described in that policy.
